So much of the reason we push, hesitate or hold our breath in jumps is because we panic at the sheer height of the top note.

😬 It's the ANTICIPATION of how high and hard it's going to be.

So we need to INTERRUPT YOUR MIND right as you soar into that jump and we're going to be doing that today by BENDING YOUR KNEES.
