Do You Need to Heal Your Relationship to Your Voice?

A few days ago on Facebook, I posed the question

"How would you describe your relationship with your voice in ONE WORD?"

The answers came flooding in...

Complicated. Neglected. Friends. Turbulent. Scared.

Connected. Estranged. Improving. Sad. A mother/teen relationship.

You might think more of your voice as a part of you.

Or a tool for expression. Or a skill you’re cultivating.

But how often do you explore what your RELATIONSHIP TO your voice is like?

"Why the heck would I bother doing that Kim?" you might mutter.

I'm glad you asked.

Because your thoughts, attitudes, expectations and beliefs about your voice have a huge impact not only on the way you sound and what you can do with it but your confidence and self-belief too.

Let me explain a little more...

I’d love for you to share your answers to those two questions below!

How would you describe your relationship with your voice in one word?
And how would you LIKE your relationship with your voice to be?
